Experience
CPE is under the leadership of our Principal, Enrique Roldan, PE, CCM, who brings 24 years of extensive experience in engineering and construction management. Throughout his career, Enrique has successfully managed numerous projects for prominent entities such as the City of El Paso, EP Water, TxDOT, and the US Army Corps of Engineers. His expertise as a Project Manager and Construction Manager encompasses a wide range of infrastructure, roadway, bridge, and vertical construction projects, representing both owners and contractors.
Our Surveying Project Manager, Abel Ponce, RPLS, offers over 32 years of valuable industry experience, including 25 years dedicated to TxDOT. Abel expertly manages our land surveying operations, which include the following services:

• Right of Way (ROW) surveys
• Construction surveys
• Aerial/terrestrial surveys
• Photogrammetry and LIDAR
